• I agree to abide by the LITC regulations, policies and procedures (including those overleaf) and will update the College if my circumstances or personal information changes. *
• I understand that any fees paid will not be refunded if I withdraw from the course, unless I have proof of exceptional medical or employment circumstances and make a written request in accordance with the fees policy. *
• I give permission for LITC to process the information supplied in conjunction with my studies and pass this to the Education & Skills Funding Agency or Learning Record Service in accordance with Government legislation and to create/maintain a valid Unique Learner Number (ULN).
